Nando’s….Flame-grilled PERi-PERi Chicken has “hatched” in Ballarat.

Nando’s chicken is fresh A-grade quality, trimmed of all excess fat, butterfly cut and marinated for 24 hours. It’s basted in a unique Lemon & Herb sauce or exotic PERi-PERi Mild-Extra Hot chilli sauce, while being treated to that special Portuguese flame-grilling which Nando’s is famous for. Our chicken is high in protein and low in fat (not to mention very tasty…). We’re fully licensed and our menu also includes steak and vegetarian options. So, Nando’s is an ideal choice for everyone!
